5 Part Program
- Praise Reports, Prayer Points and Prayer Requests. ~5 min.
Open Praise & Worship – ~5 min.
Psalms 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
During the open worship time, everyone on the line may pray, praise and worship into the prayer meeting line. All of our individual words of praise, prayer and worship are directed to the Lord.
Remember during this time we are not talking to each other so there is no need to for us to understand all the individual words of worship being spoken by our brothers and sisters.
God understands every word spoken and even those prayers unspoken.
We are all approaching the throne of God together making an altar of the prayer line. Lay your words on the altar!
“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.”
*Note: You may hear prayers and worship in English or hear people praying in a prayer language (speaking in tongues) during open worship. Its ok, we don’t have to understand all that is being directed to God at this point.
Just flow in spirit of prayer together on the line and pray or worship in your own way.
Praise and Songs – ~10 min.
If a song is led feel free to sing along or just flow with spirit of worship.
Due to phone line delay the line is muted so only the song leader is heard. Sing the words of the song to the Lord if you know it or listen and worship together with us. (5-10 min)
Specific Prayer Requests – ~10 min.
Specific requests or points of prayer for all to agree upon are led by prayer leaders at this point. (5-10 minutes)
Closing Prayer and Meditation for the day
Closings led by prayer leaders. (2-5 minutes)
